Payment Options
VISA, MASTERCARD: You can pay with your credit card on the checkout page.
PAY PAL: Chosing PayPal, you will be forwarded to the external PayPal page to fulfill your payment.
ADVANCE PAYMENT: Within 2 weeks after your order, you must transfer the money to the bank account noted during checkout. Your order will be processed after the transfer has arrived.
COLLECTION BY THE CUSTOMER: Additionally, you can collect your parcel in Berlin. We will contact you and arrange a meeting when you can pick up your order.
Shipping Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
Please note: tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.
When will I receive my order?
Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the address on file. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number.
Once your order is placed a standard processing time of 3 to 10 business days is required before the order is shipped out. Orders placed after 11:00 AM (EST) may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day starting at 8:00 AM (EST).

Please allow us 3 to 10 business days to process your order.
4.50€ on standard shipping (3 to 5 business days) and 11€ on express orders (1 to 2 business days).
